How long does delivery take?
Every order is dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrives within 7–15 days. You'll get tracking as soon as it moves. We ship to the United States and Canada.
What if something arrives broken?
Send us a photo and we send a new one, free. You don't need to ship the broken one back.
What's the return policy?
30 days from delivery. If the ritual isn't for you, send it back.
Does it come with matcha powder?
No — the set is everything around the powder, so you can use a matcha you already like. Any ceremonial or culinary grade works. The tools don't mind which.
How long does a chasen last?
With daily use, months. Rinse it warm — never soap — and store it prongs-up on its stand. That's what the stand is for.
